Afternoon Delight

Headed up this afternoon for the first time in a while, it was clear down in town so I expected the same up on the pass. Wrong. But what I got instead was a very surreal afternoon of mellow laps on the East Side. I was hoping to, and still want to, ski Vortex this week. But with low visibility, and limited time, today was not the day. Apologies for the low quality shots, forgot my camera, and the trusty old iPhone ain’t what she used to be.

Fraser Valley

Saved the best for first. As soon as the sun went down the cloud cieling dropped to from 11500′ to around 10000′ and we got a pretty spectacular sunset from the parking lot.

Parting shot and parting thoughts …

If you’re not having at least as much fun as your dog, you’re screwing up.
